DESCRIPTION:
p-Phenylenediamine also known as Urs D, is an organic compound with the chemical formula C6H8N2, one of the simplest aromatic diamines, and a widely used intermediate for the preparation of Azo dyes and high molecular polymers can also be used to produce fur dyes, rubber antioxidants and photo developers. In addition, p-phenylenediamine is also a commonly used sensitive reagent for testing iron and copper.
APPLICATION:
1. Aramid 1414 produced by the condensation of p-phenylenediamine and terephthalic acid is a synthetic fiber with excellent performance and is widely used.
2. p-phenylenediamine is an intermediate of azo disperse dyes, acid dyes, direct dyes and sulfur dyes
3. The reaction between p-phenylenediamine and male rosin monoacid chloride can produce polyamide-imide resin with good performance, which can be used for film formation and wire drawing. It is a very practical resin.
